We were approached, from a referal, by a prospective client looking for a modern heating system with improved controls.

The Viessmann 200-W system boiler was chosen as it provides both best efficiency and control by using weather compensation. This allows the boiler to run at a higher temperature on colder days and runs at lower temperatures on warmer days. In addition, this system is remotely controlled and monitored using the Vi-care mobile app - integrated into the appliance software out of the box with no additional controls required.

Further to the boiler replacement, kitchen alterations made way for the opportunity to install underfloor heating in an open plan space. We arranged a specialist contractor to route the existing screeded floor and install the underfloor pipework to our manifold adjacent to the boiler position.
